I have been wondering why I did not get my stuffed fish. I read posts where it said to be sure you had your address correctly listed, and it was listed in my game club. But I did not get my fish and could not play Moolah Boolah for games.
So I wrote to BFG and got prompt help,
I have looked up the account and see you do not have the street address filled out on your account details. This will keep you from accessing the cash and game draws. Please be signed into your player name and click the My Account tab and then click the Account Details on the upper left. On that page enter the full street address. When done scroll down and click the save button. Then try again.
I did that, and Vola I can now play for games, and I suspect that was the hold-up on my fish.
