Just found this at Office Max in Denver area for $9.99 in "Earth Friendly" packaging, but I thought it a bargain. Had to put in on my XP because it just won't work on Vista.

It won't work on Vista because of the StarForce copy "protection."

It didn't have the Star Protection on it. I changed the compatibilty to Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack5 and Disabled the Visual themes and it works!
Pretty interesting game, don't know why I didn't get it before.

Yes, I have this version also, and it does not have Starforce protection. Excellent game. smile How far have you gotten?

Now on Chapter 4. Have a feeling some tough parts are coming up.

Ah, I hated that robot puzzle. It took me several times to solve it, and I kept three saved games in that spot after I finally completed it!

I also did not like the lazer puzzle. I finally had to get a save game sent to me. It was making me crazy hardwall. But the rest of the game was great thumbsup. I am really looking forward to the new one that suppose to be out happydance, I think sometime in June of this year.

I finally got through the lasers! But I don't understand who did the killings in Victoria's time. Or is that something we might find out in Still Life 2??
