It's on the way and already renumbered.
Download to desktop and place the 2 files in the save folder in My Documents.
Play-load as usual.

The saves worked like a charm. Thanks MaG. Now I can't get the rickshaw to do anything. I have the filled waterbag and the radiator cap. Tried to get the battery and use the rickshaw but no go. What do I do or what have I missed. Appreciate your help.

carla, go to the car that has the dead battery and click left and right to get some comments. Go to the other car near the rickshaw and also left click and right click to get a comment about the fact that it is heavy. This way you will be able to use the rickshaw.

I pressed left and right mouse to be sure not to miss anything.

Good luck.

Thanks Chief. Now I can't get the wedge belt from Manuel. He says "take it" but it doesn't show up in my inventory. I thought I missed something so I started from my last save and redid it. Still didn't get the belt.

Thamks,

carla

If Manuel doesn't automatically give you the belt, is it anywhere close to him to pick up? think

Carlahelp, the belt is hanging on the wall to the left of where that stick was-- you need to click on it-- look close it is not obvious

I got the belt and now at the tomb. I need to talk to Louis but all I get is clue when talking to him. What next? Do I need to do something else with the key and the map?

Have you been back to the apartment already and taken the dagger?
Did Louis give you a piece of the map yet? Right-click and examine it in inventory. Then try to find the chapel.

I have got to the chapel, did the dagger and key things with the map found the red lines and that's it. I talk to Louis and keep getting clue in the inventory part. What now?

I found out what I needed to do. Finished the game. Thanks to all who helped me.

Good for you, I still can't get out of the hall at the beginning of the game. I keep getting this " maybe I should look more " I've got 6 pictures, swab w/crystals in plastic sleeve, ditto doll and board, have even determined what note is played on piano. I've gone through this from the beginning about six times, what am I doing wrong? I've read and followed the wt, still stuck. very frustrating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Did you exhaust all conversations with the police officer Marqoz?

Hello,

Had computer problem and had to restart game. First time around I completed the slider puzzle in the library. However, this time no such luck.

Need a saved game after completion of the puzzle.

Thanks,

Crony

Glad you finished the game, Carla, hope you enjoyed it.

marqoz, have you taped the fingerprint to a piece of paper? Also make sure to right-click on all items in your inventory to see if Nicole will comment on any of them, then speak to the guard again.

corny, the save's on its way, check your e-mail in a few minutes.

Yes, I lifted the print off of the window after applying the graphite from the crushed pencil, took photo also. Have looked at everything in inventory, all secure. I only had 2 conversations with the guard, when I talked to him last I got the comment about copying everything, so I took all the photos of the evidence. Now, he won't talk to me, and I can't leave the hallway. Thanks for your tips, I'm off to bed now. I must be missing a sequence or something, I can't find anything else to do. Grrr.......Marqoz

Did you examine the fusebox in the hall and spoken to the guard about it? Did you right-click the shattered mirror behind the danseuse, and the hooks in close-up view? Check also that you've taken all items from the middle and right drawers of the desk.

Hope that unsticks you, let us know how you get on. Goodnight. smile

To Rushes

I recieved your e-mail re saved game for slider. I also read the instructions. However, I still don't know how to renumber the files or copy and paste the files across into the document folder. I am using Vista.

If I'm on the wrong thread let me know. I just started the game and can't get out of the murder scene. I checked the walkthru and have pictures, fingerprints, board, crystals and list. Seems like I must be missing somthing. Can someone point me to the discussion on the first part? Thanks in advance...

Nancy, have a look at the previous posts of Rushes just before yours. She gives some info on what you may have miss.

Good luck.
