has anyone played this game.I need some help

i have the walkthru but i cam confused in chapter 14. the pillars, i cant seem to place more than one item on them to get them to be all equal.

YOu can only put one item on a post.

Collect as many items as you can find and just out them one by one on a pillar till it tells you that you have the correct weight.

Is the Right Tree puzzle in Chapter 15 bugged? I cannot solve this puzzle even though I thought I got the puzzle logically correct.
