I still can't figure this one out. I've read all the jounals and when I go to the shields I'm not able to exsist them he's in the way of it. He keeps says I'm missing certain pieces of information. Can I get a save so that the right shield is in my inventor. It would move me along and I really would appreciate it. I'm stuck.. Thanks in advance.

Is the door to the armory open?
Have you clicked on the shield of the knight left of Dracula in the portrait at end of hall?
Have you commented about the shield being burned?
If so:

Identify Pelor shield: Click on the shields. See the 3 shields in close up.

Based on the description from the Myths and Legend book and the shape of the favored knight's shield on the tapestry, work on the middle one.

Crossing the 2 moons - Click the 2 moons to face each other and the 2 ends overlap.

aiming the arrows so that the golden darts target the neighbouring silver and that silver, in his turn, points towards a nearby bronze. - Click the outside ring that goes clockwise 12 times. Click the middle ring that turns counterclockwise with the darts 3 times. I found it!

Well I'm still trying to figure these shields, I even went back on my last save and started from there again just encase I missed something and when I still get to the part with the shields he says (shields lined up side by side isn't conscidence they are alike the master of the house must be looking for one in particular then I am missing certain pieces of information.) that is where I sit can't figure what to do next. checked and read everything and I'm at a lost. Is there a Save on this so I can move on. Would appreciate it very very much... Thanks

Hi Rushes, I got your save but I couldn't use it cause my saves in the game can not be locate in my computer something wrong there but, I think I figured out what I need to solve the shield puzzle. He keeps saying I'am missing a certain pieces of information. Well look in the Reports in the Golden Deben I need two things but in reading this report the lettering is not to clear in reading. I can't figure out a couple of words in it. It says this With help of a ----- and certain objects that I must collect I should beabe to obtain a ----- ------ that is 12.1 grams of this metal. These are the words in the blank areas I can't read.. I have the certain robe pieces but, I think if I know want the other thing is I can put it together and solve this shield thing... Can you help me fill in the blanks. I hope I made myself clear on this problem, it seems the only thing that I'm missing in inventory. Thanks again.

The puzzle with the deben was much earlier in the game, Karen, you've already passed that point.

To pick the correct shield from the armory:
Read all pages of Harker's journal.
Read all pages of Myths & Legends book.
Re-check the tapestries in the hall which depict a shield.
Click on the shields in the armory and you'll see them in close-up. It's the middle shield that you need.

When you click on the moons in the centre of the middle shield, do they move?
If so:
Click the 2 moons to face each other and the 2 ends overlap.
Click the outside ring that goes clockwise 12 times. Click the middle ring that turns counterclockwise with the darts 3 times.

And that should do it.

Also pick up the coat of mail and the crossbow which are at the left side of the armory, if you haven't already.

Rushes, I can't click on any of the shields he is in the way. I picked up the coat of mail and the crossbow. I know I'm missing something but I can't figure it out. Where can I find the Myths & Legends book???? that I think I don't have in inventory not sure now. It makes it hard the writing in inventory are not readable. I'll go and recheck everything again.
