Outstanding news, Ana! Thank you for posting this!
So glad to see the CSI games back in the original format...versus the casual version which was such an incredible bore. I see, too, that it will be released for PC, DS, and Wii...so gamers will have options.

Thanks again, Ana! smile

Ooooh, yay! Thanks for the info! From the trailer it does seem closer to the original formula. I loved especially the first 3 CSI games, and I hated the format of CSI NY.

So here is hoping... happydance

Yep, this game will be the same adventure format as the first four CSI games... not a casual game like CSI:NY. smile

That is great news. What were they thinking? The first 4 are great and got better everytime. I was disappointed in the CSI:NY. I'll love the next one. hearts

Does the screenshots show the true graphics that they used? I loved all the previous ones (read that you all didn't like NY, but I can't remember if I tried it or not) but if they are using cartoon graphics, then I won't play this.

The screenshots in BrownEyedTigre's post look like they're from the DS version. The PC, Wii, and Xbox versions (developed by Telltale) use the same realistic style graphics as the previous Las Vegas games. Check out the screenshots and trailer at Yahoo Games to see.

Fov, I was hoping the screenshots that Ubisoft sent were just mockups and not the real thing. Whew!

Thanks for updating the link, Ana! Now everyone can see how Telltale's game really looks. laugh

Lynnypoo2, you're right about the emotion, they're definitely the most detailed of any of the CSI games so far.

Huzzah! I hope it's like the old ones and not like CSI: NY...that seek and find business is not what I play the CSI games for!

Yay! New York was a disappointment to me compared to the others just like Death on the Nile was in the Agatha Christie series.

Yay! Like everyone else, I was so disappointed with CSI NY and am thrilled that they are going back to the old format. The CSI series of games are among the most loved and most played in my collection.
