I just have to comment on the customer service at Big Fish. It seems like I always have a problem with something and they are always so nice as well as helpful and knowledgeable. Not only that but they follow up on the problem. No one else does that!

I want to thank them publicly for their work. These techs are one of the reasons Big Fish Games are so successful. They keep us all happy and sometimes that isn't easy to do.

Let me echo that praise, NYLady. I recently had my second dealing with tech support and was extremely impressed, not only that they solved the problem, but were speedy, targeted and genuinely helpful! I would encourage anyone having technical difficulty with a game not to be shy in approaching them.

Let me put my two cents in too. I've never dealt with any customer support (games or otherwise) that is so helpful and courteous. You always get an answer and I've never been disappointed because the problem was not fixed. BFG rules.
