Yay! I LOVE the ND games but I've noticed that I especially seem to like the ones that come out in the fall the best. :O)

I have a feeling Nancy is going to be more popular than I was at school and probably enjoy herself more as well. lol

I'm really eager for this one and I hope it's as good as I'm anticipating!

Is the Nancy Drew a hidden object theme or the ususal adventure mode? Didn't really like the dossier, lights, camera etc. game as much as the usual Nancy Drew sereis. Thanks...

I received this game yesterday and my initial impressions are very positive. There's no third-person perspective in this game and it reminds me of the ND games that I have really liked: lots of snooping around, talking to characters, etc., etc.!

So far I am liking this game a lot more than Ransom. There is a puzzle early on that I found difficult to solve (the DNA puzzle), but it can be done with persistence; after a couple of hours last night, I got through it. Some may find this puzzle much easier than I did.

I played the demo and loved it far better than the last N.D. For instance I could not beat a student in air hockey to get a picture no matter how hard I tried. The game had mercy on me and the student said she would give me the picture even when I lost the air hockey game.

This I hope continues with the arcade sequences of the game in N.D after I pay full price.

I don't feel like the lone ranger now that I know that you could not beat the student either. I tried three times and lost but she did not agree to give me the picture but offered to play another game. I am still on the fence about buying this game.

Sorry Lexxy that is strange, because I lost by 2 points and Nancy says "will you still let me see the picture?" Student says yes, but I never got to see the picture perhaps because I got stuck in the demo and couldn't finish it. Maybe you have to almost beat her and that is why the game had mercy on me? I hope someone will answer this question.

I wonder is it possible someone can you can send a save game from someone that won the game to you? I think it would only work on a purchase game though.

I have the full game and won the air hockey game, so I don't know if you ever get the picture without winning or not. However, when I played the darts game and lost a few times, I was then offered the picture anyway.

I finished the demo and was able to beat Leela at air hockey. She promised to leave the picture in my room but the demo ended before that happened.

If you weren't able to finish the demo, did you look at the Check List to see what you were missing? A few additional items are added as you complete the original tasks.
