Just started playing this game. Lovely visuals, linear, keyboard controls are easy to master. No inventory, items are used straight away or very shortly. Puzzles so far are based on general knowledge.
One tiny problem, there are only save checkpoints at the beginning of levels, so if you die and you will!! have to repeat bits. Levels appear to be quite short though so it's not a problem.
Lovely, lovely game can't wait to get back to it this evening happydance

I was all set to order this from GoGamer.com, waiting for a major review. Unfortunately, the first one is from a fine adventure site - adventure-archiv.com. Their reviewer gave the game only a 28% rating! This is unusual for them. She found the story and characters boring, the graphics very nice, but game length only to be 2.5 hours, including her taking of notes for review purposes. If you don't speak German, check out the handy translator on the site. I've now crossed this off my list.

I completed this today. It's very, very short. I finished it in about an hour. Which, for a boxed game, is not at all what one would expect. Basically, I felt I was playing a fairly long introduction, and just as things started getting interesting it cut to the credits.

Having said that, it was generally quite enjoyable, with very good graphics and pretty varied situations. The camera was a bit of a pain at times, but no big deal. So I had fun playing it. It was never very challenging, though (again, it felt like the early parts of a normal game).

So... it's really just the size of the game that's a problem, considering the pricetag. If they offer it online at a reduced price, I think people should give it a try.
