Here is what they said:
The activation codes provided can be used 3x on any PC. The customer should not run into any issues reactivating the game with the same activation code, as long as they do not delete the install folder once the game is uninstalled. The main install folder which is usually C:\Program Files\Legacy Interactive\Murder, She Wrote contains the main license file associated with the activation code.
