I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but every time I try to link to the new Uru Live web page my browser pages all lock up and I have to do a Control Alt Delete and use the Task Manager to end the program, which closes all open Browser Windows. There is only one other site I have this problem with and that is Adventure Gamers. Using IE8

I don't know if this link will work as I don't want to use it as the Browser will lock up again. http://mystonline.com/en/play/

GreyFuss, I went in and navigated around the site in both Firefox and IE8 with no problems at all.

Thanks Draclvr

I guess I will have to chalk this site up with the list of sites that don't like me which now include

URU Live
Adventure Gamers
Iceberg Entertainment

duh

Do you think it would make a difference if you tried to go to the forum instead?

Hi Winfrey

I am not sure if getting to the forum would help as this sounds like it may be a browser problem and maybe my computer I don't know.

Try runing IE without Add-ons -

Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools - look for Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

Thank you InlandAZ That worked bravo For the URU Live and Adventure Gamers web sites without locking up.

Are there Add-Ons that I need or should I just go through the process again when I visit a site that requires one, accept it?

I wonder which add-on(s) was(were) causing the problem.

If I had a piece of white or yellow cake with plenty of white or yellow frosting my hands would be too busy to be playing on this computer.

It’s the old empirical method - disable on at a time, until you find the offending ad on.

You can also press the compatibility icon on IE8 (right next to the refresh icon on the address bar) - sometimes that will work as well.

I was hoping you wouldn't say that.

I don't have one of these. Only the Refresh Arrow and the Stop X.

Try Tools, Compatibility View Settings - I have th first 2 checkboxes enabled.

Edit -

I don't see it here at Gameboomers, but I do see it at the site you linked to in your original post.
