According to Mobygames, it's a Windows 3.x game.
So if you have 64-bit Vista, you'd have to play it inside an emulation program. Either Virtual PC with Windows 95/98 or DOSBox with Windows 3.1 installed would probably work.
If you have 32-bit Vista, it might work. But I think it needs a very old version of QuickTime, which I wouldn't want on a new operating system. So I'd still use it inside an emulation program. The old version of QuickTime would be installed inside the virtual machine along with the game, and wouldn't affect the rest of the computer.
