frown This is not game-connected, so if you need to bounce it, I will harbor no ill thoughts. I have a problem. I find it necessary to print out fifty or so shower invitations and will be using one of the Avery clear label packages. Is there a way to type up and print out (At one time) all the addresses. I have WORD, Works, and a Printmaster program on my computer. I know how to print individual labels with each of these, and I know how to print a full sheet of the same label. I can't find how to print a full sheet of different addresses at one time. (Obviously, I am trying to avoid turning my printer on and off fifty plus times.)

Not sure if this will help you, but, did you know you can download templates to help you from Avery.

I'm on a Mac but I was able to learn how, by using the templates and using Adobe Elements to print out my labels.

There's a download with directions in PDF form to show you the way. I would assume you would use a copy of the template in your Word program and type out all the different addresses and use that on your template.

Hope I haven't confused the subject. Here's a link to Avery's template page. Hope this helps somewhat.

In Works, you can do this quite easily. You will need to start from your Works Task Launcher. Select the Mailing Labels task and then Start This Task. In the next screen, there are some options - select the default "Multiple Entry Labels." In the next screen select the ID number of the mailing labels you will be using, such as the 5922 address labels. Click on New Document and start entering your addresses on each label on the screen. You can format with color, font etc. Print the sheet from there.

If you have sheets of mailing labels that don't have ID numbers to match the ones in the list, you can go by the size and number of the labels in the description in Works.

I use this method all the time to create Christmas present labels as you can also add small clip arts also.

There is another way to do this, but it involves creating a database first.

also for Word click on your help and type:
Create and print labels for a mass mailing
It will give you directions and walk you through.
One thing you will be doing is bringing your address file into word. I have an excel file that I have my address book in.

Would that I could be the peacemaker in your soul that I might turn the discord and the rivalry of your elements into oneness and melody

That's good to know, Winfrey. I have Word 2007 and wondered if I could do it there. Unfortunately, every way they have requires an address file to do a mail merge. I wish they had a simple one like Works does, where you could just enter individual addresses on each label. Sometimes I just want to do 4 or 5 of them and don't need to create an address file.

What great help videos though! I didn't know they were there.
