Hi,

I am at the part where Holmes is doing the testimonies of E. Long, Cadosh and Richardson. I was doing quite nicely without the WT but have run into trouble. I am supposed to put the symbols ie. pipe, stethoscope, and figures on the board in the correct places for the times. I finally referred to the WT and after Homes makes some comments about the time of death being different than what they previously thought you are supposed to move some of these and they are frozen, will not move. I redid this sequence and tried placing them in the final time frames and it says to place the bloody knife at the time of the murder. There is no bloody knife anywhere. This game has been working well for me so I don't know if it is a glitch or I have missed something. I appreciate any help you can give me and thanks much! wave

Hi Lotus,

The knife will only appear when all the other timeframe sections have been set correctly. smile

Holmes should prompt you as to which icon to move first when it comes to changing the times you initially set. He will always confirm when the icon has been placed correctly. The icon will then outline in green.

Try replaying from the start of the puzzle and watch out for the green outlines and Holmes's confirmations.

luck
