Good day fellow boomies, Roanoke is doing quite well, we're up to 346 downloads, but now it's time to move on to my next project Terror Within Hawk Manor. It is a first person horror adventure set in an old manor. Here is a description and the first pic title screen. I will add more pics later. Enjoy

Jemma Wilson a young up and coming real estate agent with a difficult boss, has been given the task of selling Hawk Manor, a run down old mansion with a history, and not a very pleasant history.

Jemma’s boss, Ellen Wolford, considers her to be an insurance risk because of Jemma’s eye transplant surgery. So to make up for lost time and the possibility of getting Jemma fired, Ellen shifts the sale of Hawk Manor onto Jemma, confident that the old manor will never be sold.

Jemma needs that one big sale and Hawk Manor is it. For Jemma it’s do or die, literally. While assessing the damage to the old mansion, strange occurrences take place in the house that has Jemma second guessing her career with VanGuard Realty.

You play the part of Jemma Wilson in a 1st person point and click adventure. Can you help Jemma unfold the

My Goodness, Eye transplant? From whom? This has to be interesting, to say the least.

Waiting not patiently, Wow!

Good day fellow boomies, I had written Hawk Manor for a friend awhile back but he couldn't do it because he got too busy with other things, so I took it over.

If you found Roanoke to be a good story you'll love this one. I tried to create a fright fest with this game, things that would make you jump, and there are a few things in the game that does that. I hope I don't end up giving people a heart attack. eek

Some of the events in Hawk Manor are based around my own life, for instance Jemma's boss is a person I used to work for and believe me Ellen Wolford is a sweetheart compared to that person.

I made Ellen so that people hate her so much you feel like reaching into the monitor and giving her a good shake.

I'm trying to get together a non-playable demo of the opening scene to the title screen, so I'm trying to learn Flash. I'm going to post a picture of Ellen Wolford. I can't make up my mind if I want to put the Jemma character into cutscenes or leave her out altogether, sort of like they do with Nancy Drew. I'll have to work on that. I'll keep everyone posted. Stay tuned. wave

Good day fellow gamers, Still hard at it, spent the night last night trying to learn Wintermute and I'm liking this engine.

Hi Guybrush, my next two games are 3rd person and a bit funny. A friend of mine read Knight Of The Pentacle and found it extremely hilarious.

In my research a lot of people told me that horror stories are best done in 1st person. In a horror game it gives you the feel like you are the one going through the old house.

Still I hope you will play Hawk Manor and enjoy it.

Well I'm off to make the rounds. Take care all and happy gaming wave
