Hi, PATSY! I'm currently playing this game, as well, and I'm really enjoying it. Looking forward to see how it all turns out! EDIT: Finished the game last night. Thought it was a good game, good story!

Hey Darlene. Are we the only ones that really liked this game? I think there's a follow-up, do you?

Nope - I too am playing it! My only complaint is some items will not work until you use the hint to find them. That is a little frustrating. Ok, I am closing in on the ending - I cannot get through the fan - how do I do this please? It is a very long game Linda **edit: never mind! I found the solution to stop the fan!! Finished the game! Wonderful!!

I normally don't play casual games but a friend intrduced me to Little Shop Of Treasures and I must say I was plesently suprised and really enjoyed it. I plan to seek out others to fill the void whild i am waiting for my next AG game fix... BTW I plan to check out the above mentioned game, it sounds very interesting.

yes, but I am going from memory here. I remember you had to keep "spraying" all over all the laser beams. Ok, I just peeked at the w/t and you must find all the laser beams with the spray. You need to cover every inch of the area to find them all. I hope this helps you? I remember at the time thinking something was wrong but I just hadn't located all the beams. You don't actually get an arrow (I don't think) but as you move through the room I think you have to repeat the spraying a couple of times.
So many games, so little time.

I seem to remember - you will only see/hear the spray when you are actually over the laser beams. Look in the picture to see where they are. I hope you get it - I do know the frustrations! linda

I just finished this game. What was the lighthouse supposed to represent? They named the whole game for it but you only see a lighthouse at the end, and it seems to be some sort of imaginary lighthouse. I haven't played this game, but I couldn't find anything referencing that the lighthouse had any particular significance. Maybe I'm missing something. What did you think of the game overall?

I thought it was so-so. The plot certainly wasn't new. I think we've all seen that magic talisman that can take over the world thing, as well as the evil corporation thing. Worse is that the way the story was told was kind of boring and predictable.
The puzzles were OK. Some of the hidden objects I simply couldn't see, even after the Hint showed me where they were. That's never a good thing.
They made an attempt to have a Hint feature that could help outside the hidden object scenes, but it wasn't always helpful. For example it would point to a puzzle you couldn't do because you didn't have the puzzle piece to complete it, and you just wasted your hint. Fortunately hints didn't take that long to recharge.
The music got annoying so I shut it off. Unfortunately no background ambiance like some games have, so I had to play in silence except for the sounds it makes when you click on things. Of course that didn't help the atmosphere at all.
I played the first game in the series (Strange Cases: The Tarot Card Mystery), but I can't remember much about it. Glancing at a walkthrough for that game, there appears to be a real lighthouse that you explore in that one. So I assume that the glimpse you get of the imaginary lighthouse at the end of Strange Cases: The Lighthouse Mystery was an attempt to tie it to the first game. But it didn't really work. And why name the whole game after a glimpse? They should have called the game "Tarot Card Mystery 2" instead because it had nothing to do with a lighthouse.
It wasn't a total waste, but there have been other games before and since that are way better.
