I keep getting blank white screens when entering and exiting the old building. In fact if I leave the white screen on the computer it sometimes appears to be eaten(a small hole gets bigger like something was eating the white screen). I have installed this game on 2 computers and the result is the same. The game is a dvd and not a download. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Tomco

What model video card do you have?
Is it capable of Shader 3?

Hi Jenny--I'm not sure what model video card I have but I'm sure it is not capable of Shader 3. Will check at this end for a video card that will handle shader 3, Thanks for the info. Tomco

In another thread it was posted that adventure company's version had issues and a patch was out if thats the one your playing. I'd have to search for the thread.
