Sorry to bring this up, have looked under glitches, etc. BUT does the screen come up just in a box in the center of the screen or does it take up the whole screen? I have problems looking for items in this small of a screen and won't buy if this is the case.

Thanks y'all...

Jody

My game plays fine... maybe try again Jody.

Game looks to be pretty good, and I have always loved Swift games but with so many other HOG adventures, this one now seems a bit... I hate to say boring, because it isn't really, maybe just not as exciting. Graphics great, music great, hints great... I can't find fault with it, but it just lacks the excitement I've found recently in the HOG adventures.

I'll finish the demo and decide if I'll buy it or not.

I know what you mean, Jody. Even on full screen it seems to be just in the middle. smirk

The game displays the way that it should on my computer. I'm running Windows XP and using an old clunky CRT monitor.

I agree that the game displays as it should. It's just that it doesn't take up the entire screen, which makes the items that much smaller. smile

I am running this game on XP Professional version with a 32 in monitor and it fills the entire screen.

Nice game and I am enjoying it, there are some small items but manageable.

Well, since I kept my slow running XP computer for such things as: playing adventure games that won't run on Vista or 7, haven't yet LOL gotten all my junk off of it to save!, etc. Maybe I'll just get it out, take it with me and try the Swift game on it before I go!

Thanks for all the comments and help...

Jody

have you tried changing the screen resolution? Got windows vista and get a full screen.

Never resist a generous impulse.

I have no problem with it full screen, but I'll pass on this one. I agree with NYLady in that it seems to be a bit boring.

The game only displays in the small window in center of screen, have tried changing resolution, also but no luck. Using Windows 7 only game that plays that way.

I figured out that if you hit get strategy guide and go to the bif fish website and then cancel out of there and go back to the game it will be full screen or at least that worked for me.

I'm playing wide-screen with Windows 7 and I got the full screen and it looked good.

Maybe you need to go to the games forum and report the problem.

I'm using Windows 7 on a 20 in. monitor. It displays just like this forum displays. There is a border of about 2 in. on both sides. That's the way it should display. It just makes the game look like it should have a bigger screen. But, no complaints here on the display, just on the basic game play. wink
