I can't believe the troube I'm having with this game, I just can't find what to do or what to look for. This is the second time I'm playing it and I'm in the jail and the guard is coming,I'm supposed to do something but I've tried everything in my inventory, nothing works. Natch,I can't remember from the first game---yesterday. I played the "Dream Chroncles,1,2,and 3 with less problems. Checked the wt but can't find the answer. Feel very disjointed with this game. Probably just me,but I forget about the ravens and the clovers altogether. Thanks, guys, appreciate any help.

Sleuth, do you mean you are in the Courthouse? Do you have the Law Book yet?

Sory,no,I'm in the dungeon,I don't have the law book, I do have the letter "W" from Sarah. I tried to go back, which is thru the tunnel but the game won't let me. So I guess I have to start over --again. I loved the first "midnight Mysteries", but if I ever finish this game, won't play it again. I feel so stupid that I can't figure this out. Think I'll leave it alone for awhile---couple of years. Thanks.

did you get everything from the courtroom?

I played the game through 3 times and loved it! But from your description it is difficult to tell what and where you are in the game duh

Did you look in the walkthrough for a missed step? It's a very big game.

So many games, so little time.

I'm at the place where I'm going to get the sheriff's body.Just did the puzzle and broke the wall to the tunnel. Then the game says-- the guard is coming, I have nothing in my inventory to use. I can't backtrack to check because the game won't let me. Think I will start over. It is a good game. thanks.

Ok, you did that awful puzzle where you scrape along the mortar and the tunnel opens.

You need to get the key to the cell - to the right of the cell I think.

luck

P.S. Don't forget to look for your clovers!
