I am stuck at the end of the Pipes Puzzle.

When I turned the valve the water began to run alright but the Empty Cupid disappeared from the tools inventory with the scene change.

Without the Empty Cupid I cannot go forward or backward.

Any suggestions.

Someone else in the Big Fish forum is reporting this problem and it sounds like a bug. I would write to Big Fish Customer Support about it.

There are also many folks having a glitch with a puzzle later on in the game involving figs.

No discernible pattern has yet emerged as far as who is getting hit with these glitches. You should definitely write to Big Fish or use Live Chat and discuss it with them so that they can try to figure out what's going on, as well as try to help you with this problem.
