Have finished my punch card for August-6 games. Do you get one free game? Do they notify you of the free game? As you can tell I'm anxious, there are so many good games now. I love those IHOG. I liked " Love Spells". It was a little hard at times, but thanks to your great wt's,I made it. You guys are great, about time I said "Thanks" as I read your at least once a day.

The punchcard rewards for August will be sent to you in your email during the first few days of September; in general, they have been sent out around the 3rd of each month. For every punchcard you fill in August, you get one free game. smile

Hi Marian, could you clarify please when you say "every punch card you fill you get a free game"? I understood that punch cards cannot be carried over from one month to the next.

I did in fact contact BFG suggesting that every punch card filled, whether or not it/they are carried over to the next month, should be credited with one free game.

This is because I suspected that when a BFG member fills a punch card, for instance about one week before the end of a month, that member would 'hold back' from any further purchases until the start of the following month, thereby BFG noticing a distinct drop in purchases at the end of each month.

I am not being mercenary here and have only suggested this to BFG should it have noticed such a drop in sales at the end of each month.

BFG is a terrific site, excellent value and excellent customer support - it is second to none!

Hi Bernie,

Punches don't roll over from one month to the next; so, for example, if you bought 8 games this month you would have only filled one punchcard completely (6 games in total) and the other two punches (2 more games purchased) wouldn't count on the punchcard for the month of August.

I have filled one punchcard this month so far (6 games). I'm now debating as to whether or not to wait until September 1st before I buy any more games from Big Fish, because if do buy something between now and the end of the month, I will not earn an additional punchcard credit for August unless I buy 6 more games. If I buy anything less than that, I will be in essence "throwing away" those punches.

Sorry if the way I worded things earlier caused some confusion. I edited my previous note. You understand things correctly. I've seen a lot of folks on Big Fish wishing that punchcard credits would roll over from one month to the next, and I see your point. smile

Also, should you happen to buy (you must purchase) a Collector's Edition game it will serve as 3 punches on your card. It's all here BFG Help

Thanks Marian. Yes! I am sure many members 'hold off' from buying towards the end of the month if those members already have purchased the requisite 6 games. wave
