At least I think it is. I just got this game, and when I click on New Game it looks like it is fast forwarding past something and starts with the 3 characters as ghosts discussing how they can't go rescue the Captain until they get their bodies. So I think somehow I am missing a video.

I'm running with an NVidea GEforce 9600 graphics card, XP SP3 and have 3.0 GB Ram, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Wow thanks! It looks like I missed the whole introduction. I've registered on their website and I'll post in their technical forum to see what happened. I don't want to play any further if it's not going to play the videos.

I'll let you know what I find out. In the meantime, maybe someone will post that had this problem.

I got it working! I posted on their website and they replied early this morning. I had not installed the Direct X that was on the dvd and that, apparently, was the problem, as it is an update. Installed it and the game works fine!

The link they gave me said it was June 2010, so I guess the newest games will have it, or should.

You should always install the directx version that comes with that/the particular game.
