I am so sad I can't play this game. I bought it without trying demo and it won't load past the opening. BF tried to help me but to no avail. This is the first game I haven't been able to play and I was so looking forward to this one

Have you tried writing to Alawar technical support? Did you also try downloading the game directly from Alawar just to see what happens?
