Hi all,I am stuck on chapter 2 where I have to get bread for bread crumbs to feed the birds on the veranda,I do not get an eye to see the bread(I tried the first time and could not get them then)or a hand to pick the bread up.I have talked to every one again and visited all places again,I am not sure what I am doing wrong.Can you help me with a saved game? I still have my saves for this game, but my gameplay doesn't follow the walkthrough. Could you e-mail me your last dated save, and I'll take a look at it for you and see if I can work out why you're unable to pick up the bread? That way you won't lose any of your own progress.

Received the saves. Yes, it's definitely a game glitch. Must be that if you don't pick up the bread on your first couple of visits to the diner that the option becomes inactive later -- when you really need it!

Hi Rushes, thank you for sending me the saved game.I am having difficulty putting the saved game into my game.I haved not been playing games for a few months now, so I'm afraid I forgot how to do it.I printed out the instructions Gameboomers has called Installing Saved Games for Dummies,I'll try that,hope it helps.Rushes why can't I scroll down further than 10 games on my save and load screen?I know I have more than 30 in my game folder.I know it does not matter,as my problem is a glitch.I was just curious.Thank you again for your help.Nannykins(a wave)

To scroll down on your in-game load screen you should see a sidebar on the right of your saves (it's displayed as a small diamond icon) which you can drag up or down to show the rest of your save files.

Here's a step by step to get the save into the folder:

- Save the file to your desktop.
- Renumber the file to be the last numbered. Assuming your current last save is slot039.sav, then renumber the one I sent you to be slot040.sav
- Copy and paste (or drag) the file into the folder along with all your other saves.
- Exit all folders, start up the game as usual and load the new save from the in-game load screen. You may need to scroll back to the beginning to find the new one.

Which e-mail program do you use? If you can see a paperclip icon close to the title of the e-mail I sent to you, click on that (it's the attachment) and the program should bring up a prompt asking you what you want to do with it. Then you use the feature on the prompt to select the location to save the file to, i.e. Desktop.

Hi Rushes,well it is another day,and I will see what I can do to get some bread for the birds.It also maybe the game itself.When I first try to get the game,the computer tells me it does not recognize the CD,than I have to remove the CD,insert it and start over again,I have to do this sometimes twice or three times.Thank you for telling me where the scroll is for all my saved games,today I think I will try to go back before I need bread.I really like this game,I'll give it another try.I have been using where the paper clip is to try to get your save in,no luck.Thank you again for your help.Nannykins

Hi Rushes,It's me again,guess what,I have bread,I went back to almost the beginning of the game,and I was able to take bread from the counter,Darren wanted more,but did not want to fill up his pockets.I am already up to the second chapter so I am hopeful I will be able to finish the game.I will let you know if I finish it.Thank you again for your help.Nannykins

:)Hi Rushes,well I finished Black Mirrow a couple of days ago.I had a few glitches in my game,so I went back to where I had the item in my inventory,played it over again until I got the item,and went on to the end.I loved this game,and It was well worth putting up with the glitches,I loved the graphics,great game.Thank you again for your help.
