I bought the game on Big Fish site in november 2009 and could download it and played it completely. Now I try to download it again but I can't. I've deactivated the antivirus and what we call in french " le coupe feu". The game downloads until 98% and then stops. Can you help me with the problem? My grandaughter is waiting to play with granma! Thank you for your help. Sali

One of the things they suggest is to adjust the settings in the Big Fish Game Manager.
