Just completed the game at senior level. Fairly enjoyable, could have done with a less time consuming final nonogram.

Anyone else notice mistakes in the origami book?

In the folds section the "Pleat" is incorrectly coloured. With the fold instructions shown the colours would be reversed in the completed diagram to those shown in the book.
In the same section the "outside reverse" has fold instruction (valley fold dashed line) parallel to the bottom edge of the paper in the first drawing. This should have been pointing up from left to right to match the angle of the reverse shown in the second drawing.

Fortunately this did not affect gameplay.

I apologise for mistaking the section to post in crazy

The game is one of the longest NDs I've played. Didn't complete all the sudoko/nonogram/rentagram puzzles. Missed a couple of each.

I found the calligraphy hard going too. I tried about twenty times. No joy. Left it for a long time. Found when talking to grandma, Nancy saying "Did you re-write my name in red?". At this point I tackled it again and eventually succeeded.

So, this is the least linear of ND games.

Colour puzzle room 33. The instruction is not right! The sections are NOT mirror images. They are step and repeat. If you examine the door in Nancy's room the solution is there (no chance peeking if you are already in the "fatal error" stage though.)

I totally hated this game! I thought that I would never feel this way about Nancy Drew! For me the puzzles were difficult and tedious. I wish that herinteractive would provide a "Skip" for their puzzles! I had to rely on saved games provided by our generous and smart members and the walkthrough to finish it! I am almost considering not purchasing any more ND games! I usually have my granddaughter to help me out but she is so busy with college and a job that she has so little time! She could always figure out the hard stuff. I think that I will contact herinteractive and suggest that they put a skip feature in their future games. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the first crop of games. More detective work and fewer puzzles! Ok............. I'm done ranting! hardwall hardwall

My game is on the way. I'm buying it because I love ND games and have the entire collection. I'm not too sure I'm going to like this one though. The last few games seem to be getting harder and harder. I ,too, like the older games much better.

I feel the same way as you do about the game. The games are getting a lot harder. Takes the fun right out of playing. I played about 1/4 of it and deleted it. No fun when you have to keep asking for saves. I have all of her games but don't know if I will be buying any more. Thanks
Richard

No fun ...At all anymore....I got totally disgusted with puzzle after puzzle, and no adventure....BORING rolleyes

Also if it isn't the non stop puzzles...Its the chores... <GEEZ>

I guess were the only three Dar. Maybe more. I don't mind puzzles if they aren't to hard.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. There were a couple puzzles that were frustrating to me, but overall I liked them. I loved the Bento puzzles in particular (if you have played The Haunting of Castle Malloy and remember the dollhouse puzzles, the Bento puzzles are very similar). There was more dialogue with the characters and the story was interesting. There was also more snooping, which is always fun, and there hasn't been all that much snooping in the last few Nancy Drew games. There were fun scares, and the game length seemed just about right to me as well.

Richard...I agree....

If you need to get so many saves games sent to you....Then ..That game is fit for the uninstall..Its no longer fun, and you wasted your time ,and money..

My Opinion grin
