Thanks, I was waiting for Spin Top to get this one. They say it's creepier than the last one.

Big Fish won't be getting this one, right?

Not if it's produced by Gamehouse or RealArcade

Tried the demos at Spin Top. Interesting. But I don't want to pay $19.99. What can you tell me about Sandlot, Sherlock?

Hi Sparkle, I've been a Sandlot member for over a year. Never had any problems with them, although their customer service can't compete with Big Fish. Here's a link to their privacy policy: Sandlot Games

Thanks for the heads up about Campfire Legends being at Sandlot! Maybe this means they will also eventually get the first Campfire Legends game too. smile

Thanks, Sherlock. Does Sandlot work the same as BFG?

Yes,I too would like to know if they are a reliable site, and whether they use a Games Manager like BFG?

And can you download a demo, or do you have to purchase the game? I can only see the option to purchase.

You get a 1-hour free trial with Sandlot games, and there is no games manager. When you click on "download," the game will download, you install it, and then it gives you an option to either purchase the game or to play the 1-hour trial.

Sandlot doesn't work quite the same way BF does. They don't charge your credit card every month. You only buy as you want to. Their games are priced anywhere from $6.99 to $19.99. They also offer a free game every week and their downloads are guaranteed to be ad free, virus free and spyware free. smile

Still debating about buying this game from Sandlot, along with The Hookman game. I'm out of games from BFG for the time being and waiting for 2 punch card credit codes. It looks like the "Campfire Legends" games would be worth the money. Anyone want to give me a little push? smile

You can stop, Ana. I went ahead and downloaded "The Babysitter" from Sandlot. Glad I did. The game is much more interesting than I thought it would be.

Thanks to family for mentioning about the code. If I didn't have this information, I probably wouldn't have figured out how to proceed.

OH MY GOSH!! happydance I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and got this game from Sandlot. First of all, the storyline keeps you wanting to see what's going to happen next. Spooky. Mini-games are challenging, but not too difficult. Rather than typical IHOG's, this one plays more like an adventure game with lots of moving about to find the tools you need to accomplish the next task. The only negative is the Hint system. You have to find these little bugs that are scattered about and can only accumulate 5 at a time. It takes 3 of these hints to be able to skip a puzzle. But you can leave a puzzle and look around for the bugs if you don't have enough to skip the puzzle. If you're a moderately good puzzle solver, this shouldn't be a bother for you.

Hmm, I dont quite understand what you mean about this Code?? I just tried to buy The Babysitter from Sandlot but it keeps giving me the error message "Error: Transaction failed due to internal error"

Why do Sandlot have the second Campfire Legends game, but not the first? Anyone know of anywhere I can buy Hookman for $6.99 also??
