There is no walkthrough that I'm aware of but there are a few video mini walkthroughs of the first part of the game here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lp64E-fLZWQ&NR=1

The is a ingame tuturial and the game auto saves.If you stop before the next autosave your game will resume at the last autosave when you restart.
I got to about the middle(I think) and got a little frustrated with not being able to complete a climbing/jumping sequence so I took a break.I plan to go back and try to finish.
