I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct forum, if not please move it to where it needs to be.

When this was at the top of the page I purchased it. Where would I have purchase it from and would I have had to set up an account to where I can access it to download again?

I'm having a hard time getting it off my old computer to put on my new Windows 7.

Any help is appreciated.
