I am stuck at Baker St trying to solve the mysterious message from London Hosp desk. I can't trigger the red bar which should be at the bottom of the document. I have got the two "use this document as proof..." from the books in documents. From my notes when I first played this game I see I had the same trouble, but I forgot to make a note of the solution. Thanks.

I found the problem. I had selected Spring Heeled Jack instead of Animals - Spartaca Encylopedia. I had some trouble triggering the "use this document as proof" tab on the Animals document page but eventually got there.
