I am befuddled, again. I bought this game as download, onto my WINXP computer, and when in the game the curser control is slow & jerky, like the Monkey Island (last series) did for me and movement in the game is soooooo slow. Also, the 'video's within the game are scrunched up on the left side of my monitor and the rest of the screen is green, no image. I started out playing with the 1024X768 setting and tried 800X600 too but they appear the same. Has anyone else had a problem with this game? Should I try a different acceleration setting? Should I redownload it? Maybe something did not download correctly? It took a long time (hours) the first time I downloaded. Help me if you can please

It doesn't sound like a download or acceleration problem. Images that shift to one side of the monitor are usually due to a refresh rate that's not supported by the monitor. These can sometimes be adjusted on the monitor itself using the OSD buttons (assuming your's supports them).

The cursor issue may be a problem with your video cards ability to handle the screen resolution.

What are you video specs? You can locate them from DXDiag on the Display Tab.

EDIT = I took a look at my laptop computer and I had downloaded this game onto it previously (last year before Christmas) and so I opened it and played it a bit (can't remember if I played a demo or started the game when I installed it, memory slippage again). And it plays just fine, videos and all. So I am playing it there instead of on my desktop PC. Thanks anyway. Much better movement, etc.
