That would be great Ana. I was thinking of emailing Dave to inquire about this game. I prefer to order from him. Let us know.

If you order through the MDNA web site you are ordering it from Dave at Interact. You will be redirected to Interact web site during the checkout process.

Dave is waiting for the shipment to come in from Mikael. He expects them in this week but you may still have to order through the MDNA web site to get the game from him.

I'm sorry about the long delivery times. The mail is moving extremely slow now due to the snow. Under normal circumstances the games would have been delivered from Dave by now.

Dave will have the game up for order on his site when the games arrive, hopefully any day now.

I bought Blue Madonna via the Adventure Shop this weekend. No problem with the install as long as you download both files to the same location, and give it administrative privileges when it requests them.

Completed the game tonight after several hours of game play. I'm a big fan of the Carol Reed games having played Black Circle and Colour of Murder previously and really enjoyed this one, the story was engaging and puzzles were set at a good level to be challenging but not impossible, I avoided using the hint system as much as possible. Lots of locations to explore which means I got to see a bit more of Norrkoping as well as a bit further afield this time round.

Biggest problem now is waiting for the next one to come out in a years time!

Which is your favourite out of the three that you've played, Krispi?

Hey Krispi-

Rushes beat me to the punch. I was going to ask if you had a favorite of the three. I'm currently replaying Colour of Murder and realizing how much I'd enjoyed it.

Hi Rushes, Ewil02

I'd say Colour of Murder has been my favourite so far, although that may be because it was the first one I played. Its a close run race between all of them though as I've really enjoyed all of the ones I've played so far.

I have a particular (morbid?) fascination for derelict factories and other out-of-use industrial sites, these seem to feature in all the series I've played which may explain one of the reason's I'm drawn to them so much!

Since there is no contact information for MDNA Games with Blue Madonna I am posting this question in hopes that Michael will respond.

Just received my game today and the disk is plane white. Not anything on it. How will one know this is not a copy or pirated game if there isn't any graphics or writing on the disk let alone possibly getting it mixed up with all the other blank white printable disks I have around here. Is this the way you released it?

Well that wasn't worth it. I already played the download and wanted a sealed copy for a collection. It neither comes sealed or with something on the disk that could indicate its not a burned copy. No sense keeping this. Its off to the Trading Post for this. I don't remember some of the others like Remedy and the Colour of Murder like this.

I just pulled my East Side Story off the shelf and it is just like that. I remember all of mine looking like that way.

Hi GreyFuss, I have all of the Carol Reed games, they are on plain white discs, but the DVD boxes are quite distinctive & at least the first five I bought directly from MDNA games. The games are relatively cheap & you get a lot of game for the money.

I think printing the discs would add to the cost or maybe that's the way MN likes to produce them.

I don't see the problem if you buy from a legitimate source - disc illustrations/markings can be easily copied anyway! smile

I got halfway through the game and had to quit so when I tried saving it the game froze up and it didn't save. I had to shut the computer down so I lost all of my progress! I will start over today. I am sure that the problem is with my computer and not a game glitch. My computer freezes up a lot lately. I guess it's time for a new one!

All of my Carol Reed disks are white. They won't get mixed up with other disks as long as I keep it in the game case. The cases are clearly marked on which game they contain.

Hey Greyfuss,

I have all the Carol Reed games also. My disks are white but just put the name of the game on it myself with my sharpie pen. I got all of mine from Interact.

Colour of Murder and Black Circle have also been published by Merscom and they did print the CD's (BC just text and CoM with a picture of water, see Mobygames for scans). The earlier ones were white discs indeed.

I'll be back, one day, when I feel like it.

Had to come back to this thread to say I received my Blue Madonna today from Interact and my disc is just plain silver - no white or anything to indicate the top from the bottom. Also, the DVD case seems slightly defective. The DVD doesn't want to snap back in place. It installed though and seems to play so that's what counts I guess!!

Wouldn't that be the fault of the case rather than the DVD?
