Are there any that are adult oriented and non violent? I would like something that is first person and has lots of places to explore.

I play non violent games with the PC but in the PS3 I only play shooters or at least action.
I would recommend to look at the Demo section in the PS Store, demos are free as expected. You can select to view demos by Genre.

Colpet, son downloaded several nonviolent and fun games for his PS3. I'll ask him when he gets up.

How about naughty bear - that sounds innocent enough. I don't know anything about the game but you could research non violent PS games on Amazon.

Colpet the Tromb Raider games have lots of exploring with some shooting but without gory violents. Have you tried any of them? The exploring is fantastic!
