Just started the game.
Part 1.
At home of mother.
Can't do the "church" slider puzzle on bureau in mother's bedroom!!
Does anyone have a "save game" to get me through this section.

Hi Mousepolice,

It's possible to skip many of the puzzles in this game if you are in Easy mode. You should see a lever icon appear at bottom right of your screen after a short while trying the puzzle -- click on that to skip the puzzle entirely.

If you're not currently on Easy mode -- go to Options at main menu to switch across.

I didn't know you could switch "modes" mid-game.
I'll try switching to Easy mode to get me through the slider.

That'll help if you hit any difficult puzzles later on, too. luck

On my way again now.

Here's how you enable the additional game help:

- From main menu, select Options.
- There are now 3 tabs across top of Options screen: Gfx, Sfx and Game. Select "Game".
- Click the boxes for "Additional game help" and "Display tips" if they are not already checked.
- Click on "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

Trying to get Darren out of the underground tunnels.
following MaG's walkthrough.
Picked up the gloves and insulating tape but it won't allow me to combine the two so that I can pick up the cut cables just above the ladder??
I might have missed something along the way.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Mousepolice, I merged your two threads for this game. It helps us if you stay with one thread so that we can follow your gameplay.

Have you both left and right clicked on the cable so Darren comments on it? Do that and see then if you can combine the gloves and tape.

Hope you had fun with it! bravo

Sounds as though you're doing great with Baron Wittard. That game's a real toughie.
