I finished American McGee's Alice yesterday, having to resort to a cheat to destroy the queen, shudder............... I wonder if the new game will be this difficult.

Meanwhile I am returning to Morrowind, where I left on, wherever that was, it has been a year and a half since I played. Are enough people playing to start a Morrowind thread again?

I needed cheats to get through Alice also but it's just so good even with help.

I did recently just start my 3rd play - but I intend to keep it on my machine for eons as a "dip in now and then" affair so I probably wouldn't join in the thread much.

Hi Hawka. I'm still playing Morrowind on my first/second time (don't ask! LOL) and so I'd love to join in on any Morrowind thread. I'm finding out so much as I go along, and yet the game is so different from Oblivion that inevitably, I have LOTS of questions. lol

Look forward to getting together with you guys as you play and to begging for help when I get in over my head.

Where are you in the game Tracy? I got alot of my info from when Trail used to be here, we had a couple of very long Morrowind threads going.

I just reinstalled it last night, but first I have to install my new router, make that first save, then transfer my saves back on. I was going to play on my laptop but can't resist seeing how it will look on my big monitor. All the better to see the enemies with. Do you play with headphones, they are great since you can hear so much better.

If someone else doesn't start a new topic, I will do so once I am back in and get my quest log read.

Hi Hawka. Let's see....I'm level 3 spellsword and am getting ready to do the quest for Skink where you have to kill a female wizard in Skal.

Mostly I've been focusing on Mage's Guild quests, but I've also joined the House Telvanni and done a few of those as well. As far as the main quest, I haven't gotten back to it, having only gone as far as meeting Casius in Balmora.

Thanks for mentioning headphones btw! I haven't been playing with them, but I think I'll try and see how immersive it makes the game.
