Keep finding my self wound up almost the same since of trying to excape in the game just like a book I have on the shelf. Intertwianed as they seem to be, It's rather like wandering around in bookish tangeled game. I find my self trying to excape via the way of the book. Has this ever happened to any of you? If Jean Jensen had written both the game and book it would make sense, but not. I guess this is what you get when reading two books and playing two game as once. Interesting to say the least.

If I'm playing a couple of games simultaneously, I sometimes find an inventory item I need and think "great!" and then realize that I need it for the other game. lol

My problem is that I would find the item here in the house while cleaning and get excited about it until I realized that it wouldn't help me in the game. Oh Darn... confused

Speaking of books being like games and vice-versa, I was wondering if anyone tried the new Nancy Drew mobile mystery 'Shadow Ranch'. It's supposed to be an interactive novel which is part game, part story. Sounds interesting- you can check it out on the HerInteractive site. It's for the iPod Touch, iphone, and ipad. I'm thinking of getting it, but thought I'd wait for a review. I was wondering if this is the sign of future offerings by HerInteractive.

Years ago, when I was playing new (at the time) Sierra games regularly, I used to have a very funny thought process. If I was thinking of trying something in the real world that may have had consequences I wasn't sure about, I would think to myself, "Well, I can always save my game." rotfl

Then, I would think, "Oh, wait . . ." lol
