Hi, I saw that RTMI2 will run on Win 7 based on your list of games.

Unfortunately, everytime I try to install the demo for it it gives me a "corrupt" file error to which I can either abort, retry, or ignore. If I ignore it just shows a black screen and nothing happens. Does this mean I can't play RTMI2 full game or a demo issue?

Ps: Using Win 7 on 64 bit.

Hi, Dreamer. This is one that I didn't test myself, but another member here did. I'll have to check the original thread to refresh my memory as to who it was.

The "corrupt" message may mean a corrupted download. But I would suggest trying to install it in compatibility mode first. I'm assuming this is a download? Find the setup file in the game folder; right click the file and select Troubleshoot Compatibility from the drop down menu; follow the prompts and let us know what happens.

If you still get the "corrupt" error, I would suspect that you have a corrupted download. Check back in if you can - I'll be up for awhile.

A "corrupt file" error probably means just that -- a corrupt or incomplete download. Where did you get the demo from? Did you get it from here?

Nope, it tried to run it in compatibility mode for xp but it didn't do anything. I think the demo just won't work.

I think Jenny is right - your download is corrupted.

Try downloading it from a different website.

Yes, I got it from there. I tried another site as well, I forget which one, and it did the same thing.

Hmmm... I'm stumped. That corrupt message sure indicates something other than a compatibility problem with 64-bit Windows 7. Maybe Jenny will have some other insight.

This is just a stab in the dark, but have you tried the installation in Safe Mode?
