I have installed the game, which went without a problem. However, the game is playing extremely slowly. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks. vivcol

Hi Vivian, this is a tech issue so I'll move this thread across to Glitches for advice. luck

The game will play slowly if
1. Your video card does not meet the requirements, or is using drivers that don't work well with the game.
2. You have an antivirus running that is scanning everything the game is doing, and don't have the system resources to compensate.

I have Nividia GeForce Go 6150 with 128MB memory. Do I need more memory? Can I download more memory? thanks.

Unfortunately, no - The Geforce Go 6150 shares your system RAM (up to 128 MB) and has no discrete memory of its own.

There may be in-game graphics settings that can be adjusted. If so, set them to their lowest values.

Thanks. I'll try that, but it looks like time for a new computer. I am having the same problems with Gray Matter.

Or a new graphics card, if your computer is upgradable.

I installed Black Mirror II and had the same problem with slowly down the video too. I uninstalled, turned off my virus software again and reinstalled the game. I waited through the start of the intro(15 min slow) and the game started fine after that. I went to options, look at the anti-aliasing quality and put it to 0. Rebooted my computer and the game intro started up fine.
I have a Nvidia Geforce 6200 TurboCache(tm) 256 mb

Hope this helps someone.

I wasn't having that problem with Black Mirror II, but I do think that other people will benefit from your information. wave thumbsup

Hi Newgames. Wish you could have posted sooner. I just finished BM2 and had the slow down problems. But again, sometimes it worked just fine. I'm sure many will appreciate your help.
