Had a new hard drive and graphics card installed and just found out my cd/dvd drive is missing. Spoke with the tech at the repair shop and he suggested trying cdgone which there are numerous choices. He also tried one per TeamViever 6 program but was also unsuccessful. He asked me to bring my pc in but it will be a couple weeks before I'll be able to. Note: its a combined cd/dvd drive; running Win XP.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
