I installed Daemon Tools Lite on my puter thinking it was somethig else. I uninstalled it and the toolbar program that came with it.
The problem is there is a remnant of it still on my computer. Whenever I open IE there is a search bar that comes up (the name is in title post). I ran malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials but I can't get rid of it.
I got rid of every file I could find pertaining to Daemon Tools but the search bar keeps opening. Could someone please tell me how to get rid of this.

Hi Drac
I did what it suggested but the search engine opens again whenever I restart IE. Any other suggestions ? Thanks for helping by the way.

EDIT.... Well I seem to have gotten rid of it. It had something to do with the setting of my home page. I use gameboomers as my home page, but when I checked Daemon tools search engine was there also. I chose to remove it and it seemed to work. I'm going to reboot now and see if it stays away.

EDIT 2 ... Well after a restart it is not showing up. I hope it stays that way.
I also hope this can help someone else. I hate when programs sneak things in on you.
