What do you guys think of this configuration of an HP G6 15.6 notebook?

Intel P6200 213 processor
ATI HD6470M 512mb Video Card
4gig ram
350g HD

This is primarily for word processing, spreadsheets and basic financial stuff with minimal web surfing.

You note the addition of the video card. I won't be using this for gaming but an odd Adventure game just might get accidentally installed. Besides if you don't do it upfront you don't do it.

All of this for less than five bills

The graphics card is a low to midrange IGP - it will do just fine for internet and spreadsheets, but gaming may be sluggish.

What is the price range of the laptop you're looking at?

That one was $500 as I said it is primarily for budgeting, spreadsheets and the like. If I can cram in a few upgrades fine but it is not essential. You know how it is we get greedy.

Yeah Mad I am incorrigible. I am looking for something pretty much basic but could handle an adventure game.
