Well, if it's not Principles of Evil, what about Quest for Glory? I bumbled through that one a long time back and I seem to recall a baba yaga.

Gil,
I loved all of those Quest for Glory games. I really miss Sierra and LucasArts/LucasFilms games.
It's nice to be important but it is much more important to be nice.

I loved them too !! Would a "Quest for Glory" be classed as an "Adventure" though .... For the purposes of this thread ??

Hi MaG Yes. I also would consider the QFG games as "action" and I couldn't get through them the first times I played them either. [I'd never tackled anything like quite them before - in my early gaming days !!] So, are we sticking with Adventure "proper" from now on, folks ?? We are on the "Adventure Discussions Board" after all Cheers. Mad

Since we've digressed, I'll give you another one. Seven but not seventh. For Renzi, it's too late. Gil.

One of the Ben Jordan games had a Renzi - I am guessing it must have been the seventh?

Seven is a cardinal number. (Hint, hint.) Give me more, flotsam!

Ah, Mad, I'm having such a time tonight with this computer I can't think straight. I'll just give you the answer. Flotsam almost had it - it is case 7 - but didn't give me the game's name: The Cardinal Sins. So, since you asked, take it away.

Sorry to hear about your computer, traveler, and hope it's soon sorted And thanks, but I'll wait for flotsam. He did say " seventh" which is a lot nearer than any answer I could have come up with !!
