Lately I've been having a problem using the 'watch video' option on BFG. I click on the option and the video window appears but it doesn't play continuously - it hesitates after a few images, plays a few more frames then hesitates.

I thought it was temporary - it just started yesterday but it's still the same today. If it keeps up I'll contact BFG but in the meantime I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

This has happened to me many times. I've attributed it to possibly my internet connection and/or to how busy the servers are at Big Fish. It's a little annoying, but since it always clears up after a while, I've never given it any more thought than that.

You might also make sure your flash player is up to date.

I've had this problem with YouTube for some time now,
but have noticed the BF ones starting to do it also.

I checked and I do have the latest version of Flash Player and I recently updated my video driver (even though I'm not sure that could cause this problem.) Right now this is the only video I seem to be having a problem with.
