Browsing through old games that I never played I came across "The Suffering" a game from back in 2004. Read the reviews and they were pretty decent so decided to load it up and give it a go. It is a 3rd person action/shooter. I really like it so far. However I must forewarn that it is pretty gruesome and the language is, well it takes place in a prison so you can just imagine. I need to start playing all these games I have that I never played. There are probably a few hundred. Has anyone ever played this one and what did you think?

I played the game when it first came out and do remember the language. Once you get past that, the game is really good and so is The Suffering: Ties That Bind, released in'05.

I played this one years ago on the PS2. I found it to be a great game. Have fun JB. Cathy

JohnBoy, This game sounds very interesting, however Amazon has it at the ridiculous prize, for a 2004 game, of $53. Did you get it recently? Where?
