hi all you technocrats, i like to use a walkthrough, usually magtro's, when playing games. with xp i highlight my place in the w/t and after reading the hint and progressing with the game, go back to the w/t for further hints - no problem. with windows 7, the hints all revert to the beginning of the w/t, losing my place. i have to scroll down the hints to re-find where i left off previously - most inconvenient! is there any way to 'save' my w/t in windows 7 as i did with xp? robert.

Copy/paste I suppose.
Another method is to buy an inexpensive laptop and have it display your walkthrough while you are playing the game on your main computer. This works well with games that aren't alt-tab friendly.

I have uninstalled and and reinstalled Conspiracies 2 forget the PM I sent you Jenny got it to work finally now have another problem it wont load save games I press F4 A window comes up and says game saved but it doesnt save my load window is empty. Anyone know what is wrong and if there is a fix? Thanks for any help given.

Like I wrote you in your PM, try installing somewhere other than your C:\Program Files or C\Program Files(x86) folder. Try installing in your Documents folder instead.

Also, the game might be sensitive to having an antivirus running in the background. So you may want to disconnect from the Internet and turn off your antivirus's real time scanning.
