I downloaded Blackwell Convergence from Big Fish Games and started playing today (Windows XP). It keeps crashing to the desktop! No matter what I do or click on. Any ideas before I email Big Fish?

Thanks, Jenny. If I have any more problems I'll email them. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and I'm using the launch from within the folder, which is working. So far, anyway.
