I am trying to get rotor 2 fromm the cuckoo clock third from the left , I use the time 7:21, it won't give me the rotor, what am I missing?

Did you do this to trigger the clock being able to give you the rotor:

Go to the alcove with the History of Castle Finster book at the hallway by Karl's office.

Read the book again. The daughter's name is Else. Use the cutout on the opened page.

See "Third clock from left. Nineteen twenty one". We need to get to that clock.

Another member posted on an older thread that there is a possible glitch at this point in the game. Keep us posted.
