I'm looking for a game I bought a few months ago & I can't remember what it is! Duh! All I remember is the character came into a big house, went into a room & had to put his suitcase down somewhere in the room. I could never find a spot to put the suitcase, & I gave up on the game. I thought I'd try it again, but I can't find it or even remember the name of the game! Does anyone remember what this could be? I believe I had a walkthrough by MaG for the game.
Thanks, Barb

I believe what you are thinking of is Hotel.

Or possibly Scratches?

Thanks, guys, but it's neither of those. I have Scratches but not Hotel. I'm beginning to think I dreamed having this game! I do remember that putting down the suitcase was right at the beginning of the game. If I tried to go anywhere else in the house, he says something like he won't carry his suitcase around any more. This is driving me crazy! I guess that's what I get for cleaning up my computer room! smile

It sounds exactly like Scratches to me, including having some trouble finding out where to put the suitcase down! I've been wracking my brains trying to think of a similar situation in a different game, but nothing's surfacing. What were the graphics like? Realistic or cartoon-like? Was it a horror game? Any chance it was a hotel instead of a house?

Hi Becky, I'll look at Scratches again, maybe that was it. I didn't get far enough to learn much about the game, but it was 3rd-person & not caetoonish. It seems like the person arrrived in a car & was expected at the house. I don't think I had to go through a gate like in Scratches, but I'm not sure.

Still scratching my head...

Barb are you sure you didn't demo the game Hotel at BigFish for free and perhaps not buy it? It sure does sound like it.

If it was third person then it wasn't Scratches. So a male character arriving in a car, third person perspective, realistic graphics, having to put down the suitcase in a room somewhere before the rest of gameplay begins.

Sorry, Becky - I said 3rd-person, but I meant 1st-person. This really is driving me crazy! No, I'm sure it's not Hotel, Ana. Guess I'll just go on to something else.

Thanks for trying!

Barb
