Has anyone put A Vampyre Story on Win 7? I put it on but when I select a new game all I get is a black window. According to Draclvr's post, it should play.

Any help would be appreciated.

Bets

Try right clicking the Game Icon and select Run as Administrator.

I did play the game under Windows 7, but I installed it to my User Folders.

flutist emailed me too... The game installed and played for me without any tweaking at all. It sounds like a graphics problem to me, but other than that I would have no idea what to suggest. I played it on both my old XP and my Windows 7, but neither of them had integrated video.

The laptop I played the game on had an integrated 7600GT, running Windows 7. Are you using an ATI or nVidia IGP?

What is the model number of your video processor?

yay I got it to work. There is a box to check ATI/NVIDIA or INTEL. This time I checked INTEL and it works.
