Is File Hippo.com a good site for upgrading software and drivers? No bugs?? It is free.

Normally I use the manufactures web site for downloading drivers, but File Hippo is fairly safe so far as I'm aware.

I've used File Hippo and I consider it safe. The only thing to remember with any of these download mirrors - make sure you download what you want. Many of them put prominent download buttons on the page for other software which is often for sale. Just click on the download button for the software you want and not something else.
